All outside firewood is banned. Please help us maintain our natural beauty! Without healthy trees, it wouldn't be camping. Certified Kiln-dry firewood can be purchased at the camp store. Any outside firewood must be declared and abandoned prior to entry. Violation may result in fines up to $150 by local authorities or park management.
Park Access is limited to registered guests only. Access to the park begins at 3pm on check-in day only after all payments have been made and ends at 12pm (noon) on check-out day. Failure to depart the campground on time will result in a fine up to but not limited to full night stay plus late stay fees. We are a gated campground and early access is starting at 1pm based on availability with fee. The sharing of park access to unregistered people or cars is strictly forbidden and will result in the deactivation of your access and fees will be assessed.
11pm to 8am.
Activities and volume settings must be contained within your site at all times. Camping should be fun for everyone, even your neighbors. Please be aware that normal speaking voices carry. Our quest hours are strictly enforced. Children must return to their site by 10pm.
Fur-Friends are welcome to stay with us. However, there are a few rules so all guests can enjoy their stay. They must be leashed and picked up after. They must be accompanied by their master at all times. Pets must not disturb others.
No aggressive pets allowed.
Camp sites allow a maximum number of overnight guests. Please check the maximum number for your site during the booking process. Campsites range from 6-8 people. Cabins and Lodging range from 4-6 people. All guests must be registered prior to entry at the camp store.
All Vehicles are required to register prior to entry. Valid vehicle pass must be visibly displayed in the rearview mirror at all times. Unregistered vehicles may be towed at owners expense.
Facilities in this park are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register and pay day use fees at office before entering the park. All visitors must leave by 10pm unless registered as an overnight guest.
The swimming facilities at The Holly Campground are not supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests. Never swim alone; a minimum of 1 adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use. There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, or similar adult, responsible for their safety AND BEHAVIOR. Only use the facilities during posted hours of operation and swim only in designated bathing areas.
Do not drink alcohol and swim.
Our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Playgrounds, rock wall, jumping pillow, slides, pools, and all other activities are provided at your own risk. We strive to follow strict safety guidelines but due to the outdoor rugged nature of camping we ask that you inspect all equipment and activities for safety. Please report any concerns to the office. Do not play on equipment after dark.
All playgrounds close at dusk.
All slow and medium speed vehicles are required to remain on roadways. All vehicles require insurance and licensed drivers. Proof of insurance and driver's license must be presented at security and/or staff upon request. Speed limits apply throughout park.
Bikes cannot be rode after dark.
Each campsite allows for one RV and one vehicle. Maximum limit of people per site apply. EXCEPTION: Buddy-sites allow for two RVs and two vehicles. Maximum limit of people still apply. No tents are allowed on RV sites.
Each campsite allows for one large (8 person tent) tent or two medium (4 person tent) tents and one vehicle. Maximum limit of people per site apply.
No tents, RVs, or other camping units are allowed on a cabin's space. If you wish to put up a tent, tent sites are available nearby.
All accommodations are non-smoking. Failure to follow our smoking policies will result in an automatic charge of $250 per fumigation session with a maximum charge of $1,000.
All accommodations must be left in an orderly fashion with all dishes clean and drying on drying racks, broom swept, and all trash removed and placed in outside dumpster. Excessive cleanup or damage fees start at $150 with a maximum of $1,000.
All reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when making the reservation. By completing your reservation you are agreeing to abide by The Holly Campground cancellation policy and all campground guidelines during your stay.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel in your reservation portal located in your confirmation email before the deadlines listed below to receive a refund minus the 20% cancellation fee. Texts, DMs, and Postal Notification of cancellations are NOT acceptable. You will receive an email cancellation confirmation within 48-72 hours of initial request.
Please note reservation payments made after the following deadlines are non-refundable and the entire payment will be forfeited. Cancellations made after the following deadlines will result in entire payment beings forfeited:
If you need to change your reservation dates or accommodation type please email the requested change(s) to HollyCampground@acampfire.com (additional processing fees may apply). Reservation dates cannot be moved if outside of the cancellation period listed above. Price reduction in accommodation types will not be honored to reservation(s) changed outside of the cancellation period.
If you have booked with Weather Guarantee By Sensible Weather, you will need to update/cancel your reservation information with them directly.

We do not issue refunds for unused days or due to weather related cancellations/early departure. Refunds, if issued, will only be returned to the same card the initial transaction was made on.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to entry into the campground. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. Unable to pay in full payment plans may be available, please give us a call.
Reservations will be held until check-out time of the first day. No shows will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
No credit or refund will be used for early departure or unused days.
