Seasonal camping at The Holly Campground is intentionally curated. This offering is invite-only and designed for guests who are committed to the full season. It's a parking once, settling in, and letting summer unfold naturally.

Cost: Starting at $850/month
Includes:
- Up to $100 in metered electric
- Water
- 2 Pump Outs per week.
- Access for one(1) RV
- Access for two(2) Vehicles
- Access for up to two(2) adults. Additional access is available for children and adults at a discounted rate.
- Access to all campground amenities and recreation

Restrictions/Requirements:
- Reservations must be from the 1st to the 1st
- Monthly Sites must be paid on the 1st of each month by 12pm.
- $600 deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- The $500 incidental deposit will be held up-to 48 hours past check out.
- Meters above $100 are billed on the 1st of each month and require immediate payment.
- All Monthly Sites MUST checkout no later than 12pm (noon) on assigned check out day.
- Proration for unused days is NOT available. Additional nights will be charged at the current nightly rate.
- The campground cannot receive mail for you. If you need to receive mail, please get a PO Box from our local post office.
- Long term stays follow our standard cancellation policy. Please note July and September fall under the holiday cancellation.

A minimum deposit of $600 is required to book. Reservations must be made from the 1st to the 1st to receive the special pricing. Promo code is required to receive the monthly special.
Frequently Asked Questions - extended stay camping
Please reach us via email if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you wish to start in the middle of a month, you will have to pay for the full month (starting on the 1st) OR pay the current daily rate to the start of the next month. For example: if you plan on arriving on the 5th of May, it is more cost effective to book May 1 to June 1. However, if you are coming in on May 26th, it is more cost effective to pay the nightly rate until June 1st.
To reserve a site, a $600 deposit is required. This deposit will then be applied to the $500 incidental deposit and the remaining $100 is applied to the first month. The remainder of your first month is due 14 days prior to arrival or 90 days prior to arrival depending on which month you are arriving in. After the first month, your monthly payment is due on the 1st.
Our standard cancellation policy varies depending on the date of arrival.
The following months follow our 14 day policy: April, May, June, August, October
- Confirmation of cancellation by 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
The following months follow our 90 day policy: July, September
- Confirmation of cancellation by 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
Pump outs are available for all guests on water and electric or electric only sites. If booking using our tier 1 Standard, two pump outs will occur weekly automatically. Our current pump out days for monthlies are Monday and Thursday, we will give notice if something changes. If additional pump outs are needed, please schedule and pay for those days in advance. Pump outs that are scheduled for the same day will occur a convenience fee.
If booking using our tier 2 base, the reservation holder will need to book and pay for the pump out in advance at the store. We do offer emergency/same day pump outs for an additional fee. At the time of reservation, pump outs can be added on and pre-paid.
Our signature 90+ Day Special is the only way to reserve full-hookups and premium sites. This special is automatically applied at check out. Please note that stays under 90 days do not qualify for this special and a $500 incidental deposit will be added to your reservation.

As our inaugural Seasonal Stay season, availability is intentionally limited. We're looking to build a community of families who love camping, the outdoors, and creating traditions together.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis starting on August 1st. Because the number of Seasonal RV Sites is limited, we encourage interested campers to apply early.

Applications are open year-round. With applications being accepted as early as August 1st for the following season. If you apply after the current season starts, you will be considered for the following year.
