Cost: $5,200
Includes:
- Access from April 1st to November 1st (2025 includes November 2nd)
- Up to $100 in metered electric each month.

- Access for up to two(2) adults. Additional access is available for children and adults at a discounted rate.

Restrictions/Requirements:
- Reservations must be from April 1st to November 1st
- Seasonal Sites must be paid-in-full by March 15th, 2025
- $600 deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- The $500 incidental deposit will be held up-to 48 hours past check out.
- Meters above $100 are billed on the 1st of each month and require immediate payment.
- All Seasonal Sites MUST checkout no later than 12pm (noon) on assigned check out day.
- Proration for unused days is NOT available.
- The campground cannot receive mail for you. If you need to receive mail, please get a PO Box from our local post office.
- Seasonal stays follow our standard cancellation policy.

Cost: Starting at $850/month. As a general rule, our monthly rates are not static and increase by a maximum of $250 per month during our high season. Our high season is July-October.

- 2 Pump Outs per week.
- Access for one(1) RV
- Access for two(2) Vehicles
- Access for up to two(2) adults. Additional access is available for children and adults at a discounted rate.
- Access to all campground amenities and recreation

- Access for up to two (2) adults. Additional access is available for children and adults at a discounted rate.
- Access to all campground amenities and recreation
Restrictions/Requirements:
- Reservations can be for any dates. Stay must be a minimum of 90 consecutive days to receive special.
- Tier 3 sites must be paid-in-full 14 days before arrival with the exception of Holiday Arrivals, which require a paid-in-full status 90 days before arrival.
- $600 deposit is required at the time of reservation unless reservation is within 14 days/90 days of arrival.
- The $500 incidental deposit will be held up-to 48 hours past check out.
- All Monthly Sites MUST checkout no later than 12pm (noon) on assigned check out day.
- Proration for unused days is NOT available. Additional nights above 90 days will be charged at the discounted rate.

Frequently Asked Questions - extended stay camping
Please reach us via email if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you wish to start in the middle of a month, you will have to pay for the full month (starting on the 1st) OR pay the current daily rate to the start of the next month. For example: if you plan on arriving on the 5th of May, it is more cost effective to book May 1 to June 1. However, if you are coming in on May 26th, it is more cost effective to pay the nightly rate until June 1st.
To reserve a site, a $600 deposit is required. This deposit will then be applied to the $500 incidental deposit and the remaining $100 is applied to the first month. The remainder of your first month is due 14 days prior to arrival or 90 days prior to arrival depending on which month you are arriving in. After the first month, your monthly payment is due on the 1st.
Our standard cancellation policy varies depending on the date of arrival.
The following months follow our 14 day policy: April, May, June, August, October
- Confirmation of cancellation by 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
The following months follow our 90 day policy: July, September
- Confirmation of cancellation by 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
Pump outs are available for all guests on water and electric or electric only sites. If booking using our tier 1 Standard, two pump outs will occur weekly automatically. Our current pump out days for monthlies are Monday and Thursday, we will give notice if something changes. If additional pump outs are needed, please schedule and pay for those days in advance. Pump outs that are scheduled for the same day will occur a convenience fee.
If booking using our tier 2 base, the reservation holder will need to book and pay for the pump out in advance at the store. We do offer emergency/same day pump outs for an additional fee. At the time of reservation, pump outs can be added on and pre-paid.
To book a full hookup site long term, you will need to use our tier 3 option. Please note that our tier 3 option requires a minimum stay of 90 days that must be paid in full.
