Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Speciality to oversee the upkeep of our facilities with a focus on efficiency and excellence. This role requires a systems-minded leader who is tech-savvy and thrives on delivering quality service to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional guest services. You’ll manage and optimize maintenance operations to uphold our standards and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and plumbing systems, general maintenance practices, and a keen eye for detail.

• Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify and perform maintenance needs.
• Work with the location's General Manager to ensure all tasks meet our standards at each location.
• Implement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are maintained and readily available.
• Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, and building maintenance.
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance to meet luxury standards.
• Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
• Use technology solutions for efficient maintenance operations and streamlined processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, working closely with all team members.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members, providing excellent guest service.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in facilities maintenance.

• Experience: Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, electrical repair, plumbing repair, and building maintenance.
• Knowledge: Complete routine and preventative maintenance to meet luxury standards.
• Skills: Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring readiness for repairs and maintenance
• Physical Ability: Capable of performing labor-intensive tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team Player: Work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with the team.
• Transportation: Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Performing other related duties as assigned by location managers and executives

Location: Holly, Michigan & Roscommon, Michigan + Paid travel to out of state locations
